While traveling by bus, there may be times when the onboard announcement system isn\u2019t working, making it difficult for you to know when to get off at your intended stop. To overcome this issue and stay in control of your journey, you can use MultiGo\u2019s \u201cStop Tracking\u201d<\/strong> feature. MultiGo will send you a notification as your stop approaches, so you can alert the driver in time.<\/p>\n

How to use it:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Go to the Search<\/strong> section and enter the bus route that includes the stop you want to track<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> MultiGo will send a reminder notification as you get close to your selected stop, based on your chosen distance. You can choose from 500m, 1km, or 5km. Then, tap \u201cTrack Station\u201d<\/strong> and continue your journey with peace of mind.<\/p>\n

To avoid missing the bus you need to catch, select your bus route and set the amount of time in advance you’d like to be notified. MultiGo will send you a notification when the bus is approaching your selected stop.<\/p>\n
