Student Identification Guide

Purpose: Student verification will allow you to enjoy the special student fare of 3,000 VND and encourage students to use public transportation, contributing to environmental protection and reducing traffic accidents as well as congestion at the university’s motorcycle parking areas.

Step 1: Open Student Bus in the MultiGo application

Step 2: Fill in the required information.

Note: The face photo must be a 3×4 image following passport photo standards.

Step 3: Select “I agree to share my personal information with MultiGo” and click Verify.

Step 4: Click Verify and wait for the school’s approval.

Step 5: Once verification is successful, you will see this interface.

Payment Card Linking Guide

Purpose: After the school approves your verification, students should link their bank card so that when tapping the card on the bus payment device, the 3,000 VND fare will be automatically applied (for subsidized routes).

Step 1: In the Account section, select Manage Card List.

Step 2: Select Link Card.

Step 3: Fill in the cardholder’s information and card number.

Step 4: The card has been successfully linked.

Note:

Users can only link one card in the MultiGo application.

Student fare discounts are only applied when paying with a physical card.
