Track the station and set alarm when reaching the desired station

While traveling by bus, there may be times when the onboard announcement system isn’t working, making it difficult for you to know when to get off at your intended stop. To overcome this issue and stay in control of your journey, you can use MultiGo’s “Stop Tracking” feature. MultiGo will send you a notification as your stop approaches, so you can alert the driver in time.

How to use it:

Step 1: Go to the Search section and enter the bus route that includes the stop you want to track

Step 2: Select the stop you want to track.

Step 3: Select the “Track this station” feature

Step 4: MultiGo will send a reminder notification as you get close to your selected stop, based on your chosen distance. You can choose from 500m, 1km, or 5km. Then, tap “Track Station” and continue your journey with peace of mind.

Bus Arrival Alert (For Android only)

To avoid missing the bus you need to catch, select your bus route and set the amount of time in advance you’d like to be notified. MultiGo will send you a notification when the bus is approaching your selected stop.

How to use it:

Step 1: Tap on the icon of the stop where you want to receive the alert


Step 2: Select the “Bus Arrival Alert” feature at the bottom of the screen


Step 3: Set the bus route and the time (e.g., minutes before arrival) you want MultiGo to notify you before the bus reaches the stop
